Breakfast served in dining room. Two 4th floor guest rooms (King/Twins or 2 Twins) share hall bath. Two Scot terriers.  4 blocks to Copley Square, Hynes Conv. Ctr, Back Bay Orange line & Amtrak. BRADDOCK CLOSE-- On a quiet street in central Boston, hosts' Victorian townhouse (1860) has two apartments with a street-level entrance. The one-bedroom apartment has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a spacious living room with sofa bed that sleeps one person. Also there is a studio apartment that provides a choice of either Twin beds or a King bed.
Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a private shower bath. The one-bedroom also has a tub. There is a futon available at a small extra cost for your child. Laundry facilities are available as well.
Braddock Close is located less than 3 blocks from the Hynes Convention Ctr., Green Line-E at Prudential Ctr. subway station, fine shops and numerous restaurants. Walk to Symphony Hall, Northeastern U., Copley Square, Back Bay Amtrak and Newbury Street boutiques. (NS, WiFi, PB, Cable TV/VCR, a/c, phone) $140-$180

  Uphill from the waterfront on a narrow street with a coastal Continental feeling, your hosts offer a tasteful B&B inspired by a prized historic quilt. Three 2nd floor guest rooms: both double antique poster bedroom and twins (or King) have en suite shower bath; Queen room has a private hall bath with both tub and shower. Each room is equipped with a microwave and hotel-size frig. There is a spacious guest parlor on the first floor. Resident cat. 10 min. walk to the MGH Research Ctr. and Navy Yard. There you can take a free shuttle bus to MGH and also can catch the ferry to downtown waterfront at Quincy Market; or enjoy visiting the USS Constitution Museum. One block from the house catch a 10 min. bus ride to downtown Boston or take a short walk to Sullivan Square for the bus to Harvard Square in Cambridge. You are near MIT, Sonesta Hotel, Museum of Science and Freedom Trail at Bunker Hill. (NS, PB, a/c, cable TV, Wifi internet). Pk for one small car @ $10/day. Seasonal rates: $100 - $133.
