Reservation
& Payment Policy
All
reservations, payments, cancellations and extensions are handled
by the office. Your credit
card is required to book. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express & Discover. Checks are payable in U.S. funds to Host Homes of Boston.
A
deposit equal to the cost
of your first night is required for a confirmation.
Balance of payment, or notice of cancellation, must
be given to the office 3 days before arrival (7 days if staying
5 or more nights, or on special dates). From date confirmed until
3-7 days before date of arrival, cancellation fee is $40 per room
booked + fee. The remainder of any money received is refunded.
If notice is not received within this time period, there will
be no refund and you will be charged the total amount due.
RATES:
S--Single occupancy. D--Double occupancy. Rates are
per room per night. Extra guest in room $15-$25 per night. Service
fee (minimum $15) is added to total amount.
KEY:
PB private bath, SB share bath, NS no smoking
in home, a/c air conditioning, Pk free parking available, wifi or DSL internet connection.
MINIMUM
STAY: Two or more consecutive nights per B&B, subject
to special dates or host’s preference.
NOTE:
Smoking is not permitted in most homes. If you are bringing
children, please select homes where children are welcome.
Guest’s Pets are not accepted at homes.
CHECK-IN:
Guests must call their host at least 3 days in advance
to discuss or reconfirm check-in time. Please arrive (or telephone
host, if delayed) at the agreed upon time.
